Why I Am Not Afraid to Face Eternity

2 Timothy 4:1, 8

Paul was in prison at Rome and had already been sentenced to death. He was not afraid to face eternity. We are facing eternity, but we can face it without fear.

I. Because My Sins Are Gone (1 John 2:12; Isaiah 1:18)

II. Because of the Experience I’ve Had (2 Corinthians 5:17; Acts 9)

III. Because of the Foundation I’m On (1 Peter 2:6)

IV. Because of the Promise of Christ (Matthew 28:20; John 14)

V. Because of the Testimony of Those Gone on Before (Philippians 1:23; Psalm 23)

VI. Because of Those Who Are in Heaven (Hebrews 12:1-3; Revelation 22:4)
