Vance Havner was one of the most popular preachers of the 20th century. Whether at the Moody Founders Week, Winona Lake Conferences or the local church, Vance Havner was sought after as a speaker. During his lifetime he wrote 39 books, most of them out of print today. Fifteen years ago, I started working on this book. It is a collection of articles written by Dr. Havner in the 1920’s and 1930’s. They have never before been compiled in book form.
