How to Read the Psalms

While the Psalms are considered by most their favorite book of the Bible, we can begin to read them and scan them in a way in that makes us dull to the deep truths contained in the text. At times, we see things in the Psalms that trouble us – prayers that seem unworthy of Scripture along side prayers that exalt God. The author gives us the help we need to bridge the gap between the world of the Psalmist and our world. He has also written a book entitled, How To Read Proverbs. A good resource for a small group Bible study or for personal study.
