This is a collection of four plenary papers presented in 2001 at Grace Theological Seminar for the 46thAnnual Midwest Regional Meeting of the Evangelical Society on ‘The Worshiping Church: The Theological and Expressions of Worship for the 21st Century Christian.’ Other works are also included in this book. The book defines three key components to worship: God as the object, music as the expression and symbols as the images of our worship.
