Baxter was born in England and educated at Spurgeon’s College. He was an author, expositor and teacher. I enjoy reading Baxter because he makes me think and challenges me to go deeper with God. Baxter says, to know Him is to love Him and to love Him is to serve Him in utter loyalty and devotion.
